If you are not completely satisfied with The Chic Retreat purchase for any reason, please return it for exchange or merchandise credit; refund checks will be issued only for items purchased by cash. You may return The Chic Retreat merchandise by mail. The following policies apply to all returns:

Please call (888) 922-2252 for a return merchandise authorization number or “RMA Returns" with the original purchase receipt will be exchanged or refunded in the original tender.
Returns without the original purchase receipt, including gift-registry returns, will be exchanged or refunded at the current selling price in the form of a merchandise credit.
Returns by Mail

To return an item by mail, please follow the instructions included in the shipping package:

Complete the Return Form attached to the invoice or gift receipt that accompanied your The Chic Retreat merchandise. In the appropriate box on the Return Form, indicate the reason for the return and the action to be taken, such as replacement or merchandise credit. Place the Return Form in the box with your merchandise.
If you do not have your original invoice or gift receipt, please include a letter with your returned merchandise that includes the following information:

Your name
Address
Phone number
Order number
Item name/description
Reason for return
Action to be taken (replacement or merchandise credit)
